Wizards are not know for their reputation.

Who: Dahlia, Corvus, Markux and Jendiss?
When: Several weeks, and lessons, after initial breach.
What: A tired teacher goes to shake a crow.

She was sued to challenging schedules; how not with the life she'd lived? But the first few weeks of establishing anywhere were always...grueling. She gave full lessons because those she found NEEDED them as a foundation, and spent evenings finding MORE students.

Not everyone was open enough to benefit from lessons she could give, certainly not, no world breach ever instantly converted the populace after all. A handful, as far as such things were reckoned, but more than enough to make her days overly full.

The simplest enchantments were often the most effective; a lesson she'd learned ages ago. A simple, humble thing, and yet...it meant everywhere she went was safe because people saw exactly wheat they expected to see and dismissed her from mind. She didn't wear it at home, naturally, her tall tower in the sands with moon hounds lounging like spoiled things on student beds in the dormitory hall attached; no that was her safe zone and everyone needed to be themselves at times. Everywhere else though...yes.

Barring a few key meetings. The first had been with the Councilman, Jepsum. She wore her true face for him, allowing him the dignity of being uneasy without suspecting a lie. It was easier to discuss the necessity of her new school that way.

And easier to tell him about the twin daughters that she could feel three zones out yes. They were scheduled to start commuting to school once their father sat in on a few lessons for his peace of mind. Considering she had encountered far more hysterical parents in the past, well, it was nearly a pleasure to grant him a visitor's pass.

She was herself with Patrol; she liked their particular turn of mind thus far honestly and that made their Command compound nearly as welcoming as home...

...and now this place. She honestly had no idea how this confrontation would go. Her winged pupil, Corvus, had been devouring knowledge, but he'd also been studying with the shifters on the sly. She couldn't blame him, a soul bond was a soul bond after all, but not being one's self WITH a bonded only led to...stunted, diseased hearts and twisted minds. All the more poisonous for having done it to themselves. Corvus needed more than a crow's life beside his mate, and accepting such in lieu of one instead of a clean break or a clean confession, would only hurt him.

Much as he might not believe her.

He could hate her later and for eternity should he wish, he would not be the first to bear her name as a grudge through the years, but for now she was...pacing the private halls of the spa precisely as if she knew where she was going. Her charm had gotten her into a side door, but she'd ended the spell the moment she'd gotten inside and simply started walking.

People often knew to...get out of her way.

He'd be in the inner, private gardens, yes, and if her pupil TRIED to panic and leave before she found him well...

...that wouldn't go well.
